Thank you for visiting the Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at St. Norbert College!

Alpha Xi Delta, one of the nation's oldest women's fraternities founded in 1893, is an organization dedicated to inspiring its members to realize their fullest potential. It is an organization of strong, enthusiastic women who are dedicated to personal development, scholarship, service, and friendship.

The Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta has been an important part of St. Norbert College since 2005. We have grown over the years as we first appeared on campus as Alpha Omega Pi. Then we became a local sorority as Alpha Sigma Chi. After the big decision was made, St. Norbert became home to Alpha Xi Delta.

Our mission as an undergraduate women's organization is to realize our potential and grow in sisterhood and in knowledge. Our top priority is to establish long-lasting relationships with our lovely sisters and uphold the ideals and standards set by our founders.
